Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    juice of 4 California oranges
    marshmallows
    1/2 stick butter (or more)
    3/4 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Boil the sweet potatoes in salted water until done, about 45 to 60 minutes.
    Peel while hot and return to pan.
    Add butter and the orange juice.
    Mash until smooth.
    Add pecans.
    Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
    Cover with marshmallows and place in 400\u00b0 oven until marshmallows start to melt and are lightly browned.
    Watch carefully, marshmallows burn easily.
    This is a traditional Thanksgiving dish in the South.
