Sweet-Sour Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    4 slices cubed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix beef, egg, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, salt and pepper. Form into 18 meat balls. Brown. Combine in same pan the juice, cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar. Cook until thickened. Add meatballs, pineapple and peppers. Heat thoroughly; serve hot.
