Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. raisin egg/challah bread, cubed
    2 apples, peeled and cubed
    6 egg yolks (may use egg substitute)
    3 whole eggs
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. heavy cream (may use nondairy creamer)
    1 c. whole milk (may use 2%)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    Orange Butterscotch Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Peel and cube the apples.
    In a saute pan, melt the butter, then add the apple cubes and brown sugar and saute until soft. Remove from heat.
