Casserole Sauce Or Soup Mix - cooking recipe

2 c. nonfat dry milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. instant chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. diced minced onion
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. To use as a substitute for one can condensed soup, mix 1/3 cup dry mix with 1 1/4 cups water in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Makes 3 cups mix (equivalent to about 9 cans soup)
