Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    salt spoon dry mustard
    few grains cayenne
    2 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Heat butter and milk.
    When very hot, stir in grated cheese, bread crumbs, dry mustard and cayenne.
    When cheese is melted, stir in eggs.
    Serve on crackers.
