Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 unbaked pie crusts
    butter
Preparation
    Beat the eggs.
    Add sugar, flour and nutmeg mixture.
    Add rhubarb.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell; dot with butter.
    Add top crust.
    I rub small amount of butter on top crust and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
