Ingredients

1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. brown Sugar Twin
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
4 bananas, peeled and mashed
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 banana, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, salt and milk in a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in brown Sugar Twin and cocoa until thoroughly blended.
Fold in mashed banana and vanilla extract.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Spoon chilled pudding into dessert dishes. Garnish with banana slices.
