Drunken Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 can beer
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. catsup
Preparation

Fry pork chops until browned on both sides.
Season chops with salt and pepper.
Add mixture of beer, catsup and brown sugar. Let simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot.
