Chicken Breast Saute And New Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. hot water
1 can small potatoes, drained
1/4 c. red wine
Preparation

In hot butter in large skillet, brown chicken breasts on both sides.
Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes.
In small bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
Slowly stir in bouillon cube dissolved in the hot water.
Pour over browned chicken.
Cook slowly, covered, about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Add drained white potatoes and wine.
Heat thoroughly.
Garnish with parsley.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
