Last Minute Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. can luncheon meat
    10 3/4 oz. can mushroom soup
    16 oz. peas and carrots, drained
    2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat into small cubes.
    Combine with soup, peas and carrots and 2 cups noodles in a 2-quart casserole.
    Microwave on High, covered, for 6 to 7 minutes.
    Stir 1/2 way through and at the end.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes; top with remaining 1/2 cup noodles.
