Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    raisins and pineapple (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy; add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Mix lightly, but well.
    Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together, mixing thoroughly.
    Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
