John'S Favorite Sausage-N-Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork sausage
    4 medium onions
    1 (12 oz.) can or bottle beer
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prick sausage all over with fork.
    Cook in large skillet, turning occasionally, until brown.
    Remove sausage to drain on paper towel.
