Corned Beef Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small box lemon jello
1 1/3 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 c. diced celery
3 Tbsp. diced green pepper
3 Tbsp. diced onions
1 large can corned beef

Preparation

Mix jello and hot water well.
Add mayonnaise and mix well. Add remaining ingredients.
Crumble corned beef and mix well.
Pour into greased large Corning Ware pan and refrigerate until firm. Serve with Triscuits crackers.
