Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. Crisco
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 c. Old Barrell
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix flour, Crisco and brown sugar; save 1/2 cup to put on top. Combine egg, hot water, Old Barrell and soda.
    Put on bottom of pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until done.
