Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. pecans (cut fine)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 heaping tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. carrots (grated fine)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cooking oil.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Add vanilla and dry ingredients to egg mixture alternately with carrots.
    Add nuts.
    Beat well.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 X 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
