Cheesecake Filling(10 To 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. (1 1/2 lb.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter, cooled
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    grated orange peel for garnish
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Beat together cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Blend in butter and orange extract.
    Turn mixture into spring-form pan and bake 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
