Pineapple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple (with juice)
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat with electric hand mixer until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool.
