Buttermilk Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add next 6 ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Place foil over edges of crust and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes longer or until set.
Let cool on wire rack.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
