Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk (I use part canned milk)
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs; add canned pumpkin.
    Beat well.
    Add cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and salt and beat well.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Bake 10 minutes in hot oven (425\u00b0) and then bake in moderate slow oven (350\u00b0) for 50 minutes.
