Chop Suey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chop suey meat (I cube pork steak or roast)
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat in fat.
    Combine with next 5 ingredients.
    Add soups and soy sauce.
    Put in casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top just before serving.
