Lemon, Pineapple, Mandarin Orange Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. lemon jello
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
    3 c. cold water
    2 (11 oz.) cans drained Mandarin oranges
    2 large cartons Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix lemon jello and crushed pineapple and the juice in a cooking pot.
    Mix thoroughly and cook on medium heat until it bubbles.
    Add 3 cups cold water and mix well.
    Refrigerate until it starts to jell.
    Fold in the drained oranges and 1 cup chopped walnuts, if desired.
    Fold in Cool Whip very well, so it reaches evenly around the edges.
    Turn into 10 to 12 cup mold or use a Bundt pan.
    Refrigerate overnight before unmolding.
