Kulolo(Taro Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ti leaves
    1/2 c. coconut milk
    2 c. grated raw taro
    1 1/2 c. raw sugar
Preparation
    Line an 8-inch pan with foil and then with ti leaves.
    Combine taro, milk and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan with ti leaves.
    Cover pan tightly with foil.
    Steam 5 to 6 hours or cook in pressure cooker for 2 1/2 hours. Cool and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
