Fresh Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Rinse and trim asparagus.
    Place in 1 or 2 layers in a flat dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dot with margarine.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Asparagus will be crunchy, and will not lose its color.
