Mex-Tex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 cans plain or jalapeno flavor bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions, chopped (with tops included)
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 cans ripe olives, drained and chopped
    8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
    large round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados with lemon juice and salt. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in another bowl.
