One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. brown rice (uncooked)
    1 can diced Soyameat
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/3 c. oil
    2 c. water
    3 pkg. George Washington broth
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix diced vegetables, Soyameat, rice and mushrooms in a 2-quart casserole; set aside.
