Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients.
    Cut in Crisco until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
    Add buttermilk and stir just enough to hold dough together.
    Place dough on board which has been dusted with flour.
    Knead lightly several times.
    Roll out dough 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
