Tuna Casserole(Club Member: Keisha Hudson) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. wide egg noodles
    2 cans tuna
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 jar pimento
    12 oz. cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil noodles. While boiling, saute onion, pepper and pimentos in oil. Add flour, soups and milk; bring to boil, then simmer until smooth. Take off heat and add tuna and lemon juice. Pour noodles and sauce in buttered casserole dish. Mix well; top with cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
