Sausage Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. sweet Italian sausage (1 1/2-inch pieces)
8 medium potatoes, cut
1 1/2 c. carrots, cut
1 1/2 c. celery, cut
2 medium onions, sliced
1 large bunch broccoli, cut up
3 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Preparation

Place peeled potatoes and remaining vegetables in a bowl and mix spices in oil.
Coat vegetables with oil mixture.
Place all in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
