Citrus Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chops (1-inch thick)
    1 lemon, sliced
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Trim fat and arrange in baking pan.
    Salt and pepper chops. Mix balance of ingredients and pour over chops.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Sauce is also good on chicken.
