Spinach And Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large or 2 small frozen pie shells
1 (12 oz.) hot or mild sausage
3 large eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large skillet brown sausage and drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add drained spinach, cheese, seasonings and sausage and mix well.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for 1 large or 30 minutes for 2 small.
I prefer 2 small.
Large serves 6.
Two small serves 12.
