Blueberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    2 c. fresh blueberries, washed and drained or 2 c. frozen, unsweetened berries, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 package of Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water.
    Add cold water.
    Chill until slightly thick.
    Dissolve second package of Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water.
    Add ice cream and stir until melted.
    Pour into serving bowl.
    Chill 1 hour or until set, but not firm.
    Arrange berries on Jell-O ice cream mixture.
    Top with clear Jell-O.
    Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
