Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
12 oz. backfin crab meat (fresh)
chili sauce
hot sauce
fresh parsley
Preparation

The night before, mix softened cream cheese, lemon juice and chopped onion.
Mold into serving dish and refrigerate.
Wash fresh parsley and let dry.
Pre-party, layer shelled crab meat and layer of chili sauce with hot sauce to taste.
Top with parsley. Refrigerate prior to serving.
Serve with crackers or French bread rounds.
