Slow-Cooked Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2-lbs. boneless beef round steak, cut into 6 pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 celery rib, cut into 1/2-inch slices (optional)
    2 (8-oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    In large zip lock bag, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add the steak, seal bag and toss to coat. Place chopped onion in a greased slow cooker. Top with steak, celery and tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until tender.
