3 c. sweet rice flour
1 1/2 c. water
1 small coconut, grated
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. toasted sesame seed, crushed
Preparation

Combine rice flour and 1 1/2 cups water; blend thoroughly. With floured hands, shape dough into egg-sized ovals and flatten with thumb.
