Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, peeled and diced
    celery, finely chopped
    onion, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and onion in salted water.
    Drain.
    In a large saucepan, melt oleo and stir in flour to make paste.
    Add milk and salt.
    Cook 15 minutes (sauce will be thin).
    Drain water from vegetables and add vegetables to sauce.
    Continue cooking 10 to 15 minutes more.
    (May add pepper).
