Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Leave out for 24 hours, then put into refrigerator.
    Use in 6 to 7 days or feed it
    with same proportions given.
    Use 1 1/2 cups in your favorite recipe for bread, or as recipe states.
