Ecuadorian Treat - Baked Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 peeled bananas (not fully ripe)
    1 c. orange slices (free from membrane, 2 oranges)
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cut bananas lengthwise and place in a lightly greased baking dish.
    Arrange orange sections over the bananas and sprinkle with sugar.
    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the fruit. Bake in a hot oven (450\u00b0) for 15 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold. Delicious with chicken or to serve as dessert.
    Makes 8 servings.
