Strawberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large strawberry Jell-O
1 1/4 c. boiling water
large can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 small pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 c. chopped pecans
3 bananas, mashed
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add pineapple, strawberries and pecans.
Stir in mashed bananas.
Pour half of mixture into mold and let congeal.
When firm, spread sour cream over this layer. Pour the other Jell-O mixture over sour cream.
Congeal overnight.
