Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage
1 small pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 small pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 small pkg. mild cheese
1 small pkg. Swiss cheese
5 lb. potatoes
2 medium onions
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Turn oven to 350\u00b0 and butter a casserole dish.
Brown sausage and diced onions.
Slice potatoes and alternate sausage, potatoes and cheeses.
Pour 1 cup milk over.
Cover and bake until potatoes are done.
