Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. raspberry jello
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 large can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 small pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. pecan pieces
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Drain oranges and pineapple.
Take juice and enough water to make 2 cups liquid.
Bring to a boil and add jello and gelatine.
Cool and add to sour cream and soft cream cheese.
Put in blender and blend until smooth.
Put in refrigerator until slightly thickened.
Add drained oranges, pineapple, whole berries, juice and pecan pieces.
Stir until well blended.
Pour in dish, 9 x 14-inches.
Chill until firm.
