Cherry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    6 drops red food coloring
    3 c. drained water packed red sour cherries
    1/2 c. cherry juice
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except butter.
    Let stand for 15 minutes. Pour into a 9-inch pie shell; dot with butter.
    Add top crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
