Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, well beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt.
    Combine egg, water and vinegar.
    Pour liquid into flour mixture.
    Blend with spoon.
    This can be re-rolled without toughening.
    Can be kept in refrigerator for up to a week.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
