Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, boiled
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. large egg noodles
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 to 3 pieces celery, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    pinch of oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated Cheddar cheese to cover top
    1 can drained mushrooms, if desired
Preparation
    Boil chicken, cool and remove from bones.
    Save broth.
    Saute pepper, onion and celery in the butter.
    Cook noodles in chicken broth until done; drain.
    Mix all ingredients except cheese.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Then make 1 large or 2 medium size casseroles.
    After mixing it may be frozen and kept for later use.
