Tangy Microwave Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Wash cauliflower, removing all leaves.
    Shake but do not blot dry.
    Place in large casserole (1 1/2 to 2-quart), covering with lid or plastic wrap.
    No additional water is necessary, as cauliflower will use moisture remaining on head from washing. Microwave for 9 minutes on High.
    While cauliflower is heating, mix salad dressing (mayonnaise may be used) with mustard, dried onion, salt and pepper.
    Spoon dressing mixture over cooked cauliflower; sprinkle top with cheese and paprika.
    Microwave for 1 1/2 or 2 minutes on Medium-high, or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
