Shrimp Floridian En Papillote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/2 lb. Blue cheese or Roquefort cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    3/4 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Mash cheese and cream cheese; add parsley, chives, garlic and wine to make a sauce.
    Pour sauce over raw shrimp.
    Bake in a covered baking dish for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
