Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk, sour milk or buttermilk
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Do not beat and leave batter lumpy. Pour individual-size pancakes onto griddle at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0. Flip when side becomes saturated with bubbles, then cook until golden brown on bottom. Yield: about 12 to 16 medium cakes.
