Marinated Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cauliflower
2 c. water
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. dried fennel seed
1/2 tsp. dried thyme seed
1 small bag leaf
3/4 tsp. ground coriander
8 to 10 peppercorns
3/4 tsp. salt
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 cloves garlic, put through press
Preparation

Wash cauliflower and break into flowerets.
Put all ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil.
If cauliflower is too large, add water to cover.
Boil about 10 minutes and allow to cool.
Turn into bowl and chill at least 24 hours.
Drain for several minutes. Serve as an appetizer or as a salad.
