Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. chopped or ground hot pepper (red or green)
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 bottle liquid pectin
Preparation
    Grind peppers using fine blade. Mix with sugar and vinegar and bring to a boil.
    Boil for 3 minutes.
    Add pectin and boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Pour in hot sterilized jars and seal.
    Jelly may be strained before adding pectin to make it clear.
