Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    5 qt. popcorn
Preparation
    Add first four ingredients and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from burner and add baking soda (this will cause mixture to foam).
    Pour over popcorn.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool.
