Orange Dream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small angel food cake
2 (8 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Tear angel food cake into small pieces and lay in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with oranges, saving a few for garnish. Dissolve jello in water.
Add sherbet and stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in whipped cream and pour over oranges and cake.
Garnish with remaining oranges and chill overnight.
